How long will I be able to access the Master Business Courses?

You have unlimited access to the Master Business Courses upon purchase (as long as the author is collaborating with us).

Can I try out some of your online courses before I buy?

  • By signing up here: https://learn.growthinstitute.com/en/sign-up, you will have free access to some of our courses
  • Once you are signed up, in your main account page, go at the bottom of the page. You will see a “Free Resources” section with several On-Demand Seminars

Free webinars: if I am unable to join in, can I listen to the recording later?

Yes, we are happy to send you the recording after the live session! Please register for the webinar and we will make sure you are delivered the recording.

What is your refund policy?

For the Scaling Up Club monthly membership: if you decide to cancel and want a refund, we will refund you the last month you purchased. For the Master Business Courses: We will refund 100% up to 30 days after purchase, or until the 3rd Live Session if no session has happened within the first 30 days of your enrollment.

How do I reset my password?

How do I update my credit card information?

How can I cancel my Edge membership?

Contact the Growth Institute team at support@growthinstitute.com and we will cancel your membership as soon as we receive your request.

As a Master Business Course student, what can I do if I miss the live sessions with the coach or author of the class?

All our live sessions with authors and coaches are recorded and available on your learning platform. You will find them following the same steps mentioned in the reminder you receive a few days before the live classes.

How do I renew my team package?

The Professional Development Plans have been re-designed and are now part of our Scaling Up Club. To renew your team membership, you can follow these steps:

  • Go to https://www.growthinstitute.com/s/scalingup-club/
  • At the very bottom of the page, you will see a section with the 4 different plans and prices
  • When you chose the one you want, click on “Sign Up Now” (red button at the end of the plan description)
  • You will then receive a welcome email from the Growth Institute team who will set you up.

How do I download the iPad app and the On-Demand Seminars?

We have a Growth Institute application which is only available for iPads for the moment. Via this application, you will be able to download the On-Demand Seminars you have access to and watch them offline. You can download the application and the courses following these steps:

What is the difference between a micro-training and a master business course?

A micro-training is 45-60 minute self-paced course you can knock out over lunch.

A Master Business Course goes much deeper,  lasts anywhere between 7 and 12 weeks, and requires about 3 hours of your time each week to watch the videos, participate in the coaching sessions and work through the implementation tools in order to implement the content into your company and daily operations.

How is the Membership better than just enrolling in Master Business Courses separately?

Two main reasons:
